For many local charities, voluntary groups and social enterprises Christmas is a key time of year for fundraising, with Christmas themed events and sales of gifts and cards.  So why not spend local and support them to provide much needed services in the local area. Christmas Fairs, Concerts & Santa Visits 

Kirkby Community Lantern Parade –  on Saturday December the 17th! We want to feature the bright creations of your young ones in lighting up Kirkby!  We hope this will inspire your young ones to make bright lanterns, proud banners, and festive cheer that they can bring along to our parade!  The parade with gather at 3:30pm, on the 17th, at The Civic Square, Kirkby Centre, Norwich Way, Liverpool L32 8XY which you may recognise as the court in front of The Kirkby Centre and Poco Coffee.  Our route will be a tour of our Town Centre and Market (route pictured below), making it an easy, and safe route, clear of cars and obstacles.

Winter Wonderland Grotto – Wednesday 14th December (1- 3 pm) – Our Place, Longview Drive – 50p per child, bring your own camera – organised by Huyton Childrens Centres
